How does a day riding the best secret trails in the Tweed Valley in Scotland, with great banter and free craft beers supplied by Tempest Brewing Company sound? Pretty awesome right! So why not join the ENDURO Magazine UK team as we bring our ENDURO Ride Sessions to the Tweedlove Bike festival.

The Tweed Valley has some of the world's best enduro trails.

As part of the Tweedlove Local Ride-Outs series sponsored by Shand Cycles, the UK ENDURO Magazine team will be bringing the ENDURO Ride Sessions to the Tweed Valley in Scotland! Join us as we do the ‘Tweed Valley Triple’, three times up and, more importantly – down the best hills in the Tweed Valley. We will be starting out from Alpine Bikes in Innerleithen at 10 AM and being shown around by valley resident and UK ENDURO editor Trev Worsey and the rest of the UK team. The length of the ride will be set on the day depending on the weather, but it’s basically three times up the hills (imagine abut 1000m of climbing in total over about 4 hours at a friendly pace), taking in an amazing descent each time. Riding level is best described as confident intermediate with a good sense of humour as the trails can be quite challenging.

The ENDURO Ride Session is not officially guided, so bring everything you need like tools and tubes etc, just a ride with mates and we would love for you to join us. You will be responsible for yourself and can leave the group whenever you want (plenty of opportunities if you need to shoot off). Pace will be friendly (for those that raced the International the days before) and the descents will be Tweed Valley enduro style, rooty, technical and just brilliant.

We will be finishing the ride back in Innerleithen at Alpine Bikes at around 4 ish, for beers and banter, where some free ‘Totally Radler’ or ‘Pale Armadillo’ beers from Tempest Brewery will be waiting. Bring some money for coffee and cake stops and expect a good day out on the hills.
