The North German bike manufacturer Bergamont has changed its line up of full suspension bikes completely. These models have just been presented at Eurobike, and new for 2015 are the 120mm Contrail and the 140mm Trailster.

The Contrail MGN is really fun to ride. The light and agile 120mm bike comes with a RockShox Reverb seat post, strong SRAM Guide brakes and a 11-speed drivetrain, as well as a 120mm RockShox Pike. Maximum drive and lots of fun are guaranteed.

The size L’s top tube length is 616mm, the chain stain length is 448mm long, the steering angle lies at 69° and the seat angle at 74°. The reach is 445m with a stack of 618mm. The exact weight of the L model is not yet available.

The model Trailster is another 2015 newcomer, completely replacing the well-known Threesome.
In total there will be four models at prices ranging from €1999 to €3499 EUR. While two models will be delivered with 140mm forks, there will be two other variations with 150mm forks. The top model Trailster EX 9.0 comes with a RockShox Pike RCT3 fork, a RockShox Monarch Plus damper and a SRAM X1 11-speed drivetrain. The bike is completed with powerful SRAM Guide brakes and a Kind Shock LEV Integra seat post.

The Bergamont’s geometry delivers a 450mm (size M) long reach in combination with a 432mm short chain stay and a 67° steering angle, as well as a 75° seat angle. The wheel base is 1175mm long.

The Trailster 8.0 is equipped with a DT Swiss XMM ONE fork with 140mm travel and is targetted mainly at tour and adventure riders, that are in need of a reliable bike for long explorations. It is available for €2999.
