The new women’s specific brand Liv introduced at last years Eurobike for the first time is extending its portfolio by two models for the coming season. The downhill orientated LIV Intrigue SX and the lightweight, carbon-fibre LIV Lust Advanced 1.

Das neue LIV Intrigue SX verfügt über 160 mm Federweg an der Front und 140 mm am Heck und ist für einen Preis von 3.699 € ab Oktober erhältlich.
The new LIV Intrigue SX offers 160 mm front and 140 mm rear suspension, comes in four sizes, costs € 3699 and hits the shops from October.

LIV Intrigue SX

With the new Intrigue SX LIV fits the existing Intrigue model with a longer travel fork (160 mm instead of 140 mm) and more robust, downhill-fun orientated parts. A shorter stem should offer better control just like the grippy Schwalbe Hans Dampf front tyre. In order to make longer climbs more relaxing LIV fits a 30 tooth front chainring to the 1×11 drivetrain. The frame itself remains unchanged so with the new spec the bike has a 1° slacker head and seat-tube angle than the existing version which should ensure stability and tracking improve in rougher terrain. How much this affects the climbing performance remains to be seen. The new LIV Intrigue SX is available via bike shops from October for € 3699.

LIV Lust Advanced 1

The Lust Advanced 1 is the first carbon-fibre full suspension bike from the young brand. With 100mm travel front and rear it is aimed at women who want an efficient bike with maximum forward momentum. Whilst the front triangle is made of carbon LIV uses aluminium for the rear. Typical for LIV both the frame, complete component spec and geometry have been optimised for the needs of female riders. This model is also available in four sizes from October and will cost € 3299.
