Five Ten Impact Pro

The new Five Ten Impact comes in three different colours and has been extensively revised.
Old (right) vs new (left): The Impact Pro doesn’t look as bulky as its predecessor.
The new sole will make it easier to adjust the foot-position on the pedal.

THE NEW Five Ten Impact Pro will start the 2018 season with a few updates. The shoe is now lighter and the innersole is 30% shallower. Despite going through a slimming cure, the new Impact Pro can now offer even more protection than its predecessor, thanks to a reinforced toecap. Five Ten’s old leather upper had to give way to the new synthetic one. Five Ten shoes have a reputation for sucking up water like a sponge, but the new Impact Pro seems to be dealing better with this issue. There will be a dedicated sole-pattern for each size and the new profile is also designed to allow for easier foot-positioning when riding. The Five Ten Impact Pro will be available from the beginning of 2018 and will retail for € 149.95, the popular Impact Low, High and Sam Hill are still available and cost between € 129.95 and € 139.95.

The back of the shoe best shows the differences between the new (right) and the old (left) models.
The toecap is now significantly stiffer.

Five Ten Freerider Kids

The mini Freerider is available in three colours and features a Velcro closure system. If the Velcro straps are too long, they can be cut to size without fraying.
