Every sport has its heroes. And every type of sport has a large amount of people who feel the same passion as the heroes – but they won‘t ever be recognized. Bikewear and protection brand ION now sets up a program to give
them a voice. Find out more in the press release:

It is called ‚Make your experience count‘ (or MYEXCO in short) and is addressed to those who are out
on their bikes riding every day and in all weathers. With this new program ION wants to collect unfiltered feedback
from the bike scene on grassroots level. This feedback will be used in order to further enhance product details, push
progression and take technologies to the next level.

MYEXCO will be rolled out through selected shops in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, UK, BeNeLux and South Africa. Riders can apply in their local bike shop and will be selected by the shop owners. Every opinion leader will receive an ION TRANSOM 16 backpack for free plus an exclusive offer from ION‘s bike wear & protection range. Additionally, each of the MYEXCO members will have the opportunity to take part in a photo award competition and win a one-year ION gear sponsorship. Shops all over Europe have received the invitations to the program recently. And the candidates have to hurry up: 30th September is the deadline for the registration on the program.

Their tasks in short:
MYEXCO opinion leaders are requested to complete two questionnaires during the program. They will be invited to give feedback on specific questions and make suggestions about improvements.

In addition, the opinion leaders have the opportunity to document their experiences with ION and the TRANSOM 16 backpack on Instagram. In the aftermath of the program period, opinion leaders automatically participate in a facebook voting for the best “Make Your Experience Count” photo. The rider with most votes wins a one-year ION gear sponsorship.
