SussMyBike is a suspension monitoring device that records your fork or shock’s performance and provides the user with feedback on how they can improve their setup for improved performance. The product’s inventor Alan Mason claims that the device “takes away the guesswork and gives you the facts to adjust your bike properly.”
Developed in conjunction with The Mountain Bike Centre of Scotland, Edinburgh and Napier University, SussMyBike uses a smartphone app to gather all the data and gives you the information you need to adjust your suspension accurately. It work on both air and coil shocks and is simple to install using a few cable ties.
Currently the device is in it’s final development stages making sure that everything is housed correctly and perfect for challenging mountain bike conditions, the testing grounds of Scotland should be perfect then! SussMyBike are to launch a crowdfunding campaign in November which you can put your backing behind, more information can be found at sussmybike.com.
