Each enduro event is held over a weekend with open practice and seeding taking place on Saturday afternoon and the main enduro event taking place on Sunday. Seeding takes place on one of the stages which will be used in the main race, usually stage 5. The purpose of this is to put all riders in order for the race to avoid catching the rider in front where possible, your seeding time also goes into overall time. On Sundays race day the slowest seeded rider will start first with the fastest rider being last to leave the start of each stage. When you are not riding your bike we have got members of the mountain biking industry to present their new products and parts to you. They will also be able to give you some help and tips on your bike set-up to get the most out of your bike. In order to keep spectators busy while the riders are out on course we will have taped a demo loop. This is where you can ride the latest bikes from some of the leading bike manufactures in the world on one of the stages that has just been used in the event.
