Yeti’s new SB5+ trail rocket fuses the same trail geometry that made the SB5C so popular, with the confident handling of Plus sized tyres. With a 67.1-degree head angle, 74.1-degree seat angle and playful but not extreme 437 mm chainstays – the numbers look like a recipe for good times. The SB5+ uses the proven Switch Infinity suspension platform to deliver 127 mm of rear travel, but the rear swing arm is a ground up redesign featuring elevated chainstays to accommodate the chunky 27.5+ wheels. The SB5+ will be available in 5 models, using either a 150 mm Fox Factory or Fox Performance 34 fork, and can accept tyres up to 3.0″ but will be supplied with Maxxis Rekon EXO 2.8″ tyres as standard. We look forward to throwing it down a hill. Find out more about the Yeti news from EUROBIKE in this separate article. | yeticycles.com
