Luckily the cold and dark season isn’t quite here yet, but it’s close. ACROS have another “Movember” initiative planned. As part of it they are introducing several special “movember top caps” to drive awareness for men’s health issues.

November becomes „Movember“ again this year – a coinage of the word moustache and November. Movember was introduced several years back in Australia as a men’s health campaign. The idea: Men campaign for their health. Therefore men grow beards for 30 days to drive awareness and collect donations. Those donations are used by the Movember Foundation to tackle the biggest health issues of men: prostate and testicular cancer, mental health issues as well as suicide prevention.

For this years “Movember” initiative we designed four new top caps around the moustache topic. Both new and regular top cap designs we will be offering at a reduced price point (€ 9.90) throughout October and November starting today. Moreover, we will grow our moustaches to make a statement and invite everybody to do the same. Our intention: to sensitize the community of mountain bikers and cyclists for men’s health.

The best thing though: All revenue from top cap sales – starting today until November 30th 2018 – we will donate to the charitable Movember Foundation. The top caps are now available through acros.de/movember. We also welcome you to share your beards and top caps with the Movember community by using the Hashtag #Movember – We are looking forward to seeing all the photos and thanks in advance for supporting the good cause!
