SALT LAKE CITY, UT – MSI (Mountain Sports International) is excited to announce Sundance Mountain Resort as the third venue of the Bell Enduro Cup mountain bike race series August 18, 2013. Bell Enduro Cup is the ultimate all-mountain cycling challenge providing more opportunities for athletes to compete on Utah’s incredible mountain bike terrain. Sundance will mark the third and final stop of the 2013 Bell Enduro Cup and crown a series champion.

Sundance Resort encompasses breathtaking terrain and offers over 25 miles of challenging single track mountain biking. “We are excited to hold the final stop of the season at Sundance Resort,” said Dan Roper, Bell Enduro Cup Event Director, “The resort’s well maintained trail system will provide a fun day for riders of all abilities.”

The second stop of the Bell Enduro Cup at Canyons Resort is also just around the corner July 20. The race is the only North American Enduro Tour stop in Utah. The event features a true European format, six stages covering 17 miles, three timed technical descents and three untimed climbs. A high caliber field of athletes will compete. Riders of all levels have the opportunity to compete alongside top pros like Olympian Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski, Heather Irmiger, Ross Schnell and more.

Participants will experience a premier event including the race through beautiful and challenging aspen-lined trails, professional chip timing, a post race meal, athlete gift bag and raffle benefitting the Mountain Trails Foundation. The event concludes with a free concert featuring JJ Grey & Mofro at 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the Ski Beach. Details on a womens’ and juniors’ pre-race ride will be announced at a later date.
