G-Form Elite Knee Guards

END 033 Knieschoner Test Review G Form Elite Knee Guards 8 1140x760

Both aesthetically and technically, the G-Form Elite Knee Guards differ significantly from the competition: the protector is placed on the outside of the knee pad and a number of ducts allow the large pad to fit snugly around the knee. In the lab the G-shape meets the standard but offers the least protection in the entire test field (excluding the uncertified 661 Recon Knee). Its comfort and fit are mediocre, with its thin fabric sleeve struggling to hold the pad in place when pedalling. Moreover, it isn’t able to clinch the leg properly, especially above the knee. The thin mesh at the back is certainly well ventilated but this doesn’t make up for the fact that the G-Form Elite Knee is the flimsiest protector on test.
