Best in test – Specialized Demo Pro Pant

Carrying the DH focussed ‘Demo’ tag, nobody was expecting the Specialized Demo Pro Pant to be so versatile, but the fit, soft materials and styling all add up to an awesome pant, and certainly the one that was grabbed most frequently from the test rack. The VaporRize material is extremely flexible, the best in test even, and rustle free, with a soft feel that is very comfortable.

A secure popper and velcro double closure ensures the Specialized Demo Pro Pants stay secure, while long waist adjusters at the side give a precise fit

The VaporRize material on the Specialized Demo Pro Pants is incredibly flexible, tied with the VOID Orbit they are the stretchiest on test

The pockets are mesh lined so no good for keys, but there is a padded stash pocket for a car key in the rear waist hem. Ample perforations behind the knee are excellent for keeping the knee pads vented and a stretch panel on the seat adds up to the most comfortable trousers in this group test. Velcro backs up the double poppers on the waist meaning that the closure is very secure – the last thing you want is your trousers falling down in the wet. To top off a great package, the fit is perfect, not too tight, not too lose, just right.

The Specialized Demo Pro Pants are awesome, with enough stretch to throw wild shapes, while being tough and light enough for all-day use, they take our BEST IN TEST award.
