SCOTT Trail Progressive Pants

SCOTT make some great riding gear, and their Trail Progressive Pants are aimed firmly at the trail rider. Extremely lightweight, the four-way stretch fabric offers a great balance of comfort and durability and a reinforced seat and outer lower leg panels boost longevity. A basic single popper at the waist did open up when the trousers were extremely wet but was generally secure.

The SCOTT Trail Progressive Pants are a nice trail trouser, however the single popper closure did undo occasionally

The SCOTT Trail Progressive Pants have a contoured fit, with a great balance of comfort and lightness

We liked the contrasting panel at the seat, and the waist panel sits high enough to minimise water ingress

The fit is not too tight and the big pocket zips look tough. Inside one pocket, a mesh phone holder stops your phone whipping around over the rock gardens. The printed lettering shrugged off repeated washing with ease and we found the trousers extremely comfortable in use.

The SCOTT TRAIL Progressive pants are a well-featured, comfortable pair of trousers, perfect for smashing out kilometres of trail. We would wish for a more secure waist closure for more aggressive riding though.
