Maloja AndriM
Weighing just 240 g, the Maloja AndriM jacket is easy to stash in your backpack when the weather looks dodgy. However, the 2.5 layer GORE-TEX PACLITE fabric boasts a full 25,000 mm waterproof rating, and with fully taped seams, the Maloja AndriM is up for the challenge of a proper pissing-it-down storm. The minimalist construction features only a single chest pocket, velcro cuffs and reflective print, keeping it simple and light. On the bike we found the jacket very resistant to rain, but the lack of hood means you do get rain in through the collar. Nonetheless for short rides in mixed weather the Maloja was a very popular jacket within the test team.
The fit is exceptional, with an athletic cut and the sleeves are long enough for full cover. The fabric is quiet and does not rustle too much while you ride. The styling easily lets the jacket double as a great multi-sport and apres-ride jacket too. A lack of vents and a hood are the only negatives.
The Maloja AndriM brings great style to a very high performance garment. Using GORE-TEX PACLITE, the AndriM is perfect for mixed weather rides year round, packing down to almost nothing.
