Specialized Women’s 2FO Cliplite Review

Don’t worry, there is nothing wrong with your screen and your retinas will recover - this is the amazing actual colour of these shoes.
Don’t worry, there is nothing wrong with your screen and your retinas will recover – this is the amazing actual colour of these shoes.

A shoe to get you noticed at any rate (it is available in another colour if this one isn’t for you). The 2FO wmn is the ladies version of the popular 2FO and, even without the bright styling, it’s an eye-catching shoe with it’s dual boas for perfect tightening and tidy styling. The shoe’s upper feels initially stiff with less padding than we have seen on some of the other shoes. When they’re on,a perfect fit can easily be found thanks to the millimetre specific boa system. A very sturdy toe box and two different designs of ‘slipnot compound’ on the soles make for a confidence inspiringly sturdy feel. The cleat slot is longer for rearward cleat set up options, giving you more downhilling stability and this is a shoe more orientated towards the ‘enduro’ end of the market. The specialized 2FO cliplite wmn is a sturdy and light shoe with great fit and feel and, if you’re in to that sort of thing (we are) fantastic colour options.

The Specialized 2FO Clipless is a very impressive shoe and perfect for the female rider who wants to ride aggressively or take their skills to the next level, while being noticed. It’s high performance is reflected in the price but for those looking for the best, this shoe will deliver.
