The Breezer Supercell is an interesting looking bike because of the proprietary M Link, in the middle of the chain stay. With 120mm of rear wheel travel and 29″ wheels, Breezer says this is a do anything XC/Trail bike, that “can outclimb hardtails and descend with the conviction of an all-mountain machine.”

Breezer Supercell with 120mm of travel is an affordable trail bike with outstanding components.

Some of the highlights of the Supercell:

  • XC/Trail bike
  • D’Fusion Hydroformed Custom-Butted 6066 Aluminum frame
  • M Link (Mid Link) keeps chain stay link “longer” and therefore better (according to Breezer)
  • thru axle technology on 4 pivot points of bike
  • 449mm chainstays, 70º head tube angle
  • Shimano XT build kit
  • WTB Frequency Race i19 TCS 29″ Rims (Tubeless-Ready), DT Swiss Spokes
  • Weight: 30.84 lbs / 13.99 kg.
  • MSRP: $4199
70º head tube angle and long stem should make the Supercell an excellent climber.

Joe Breeze has been designing and building mountain bikes for many years, and has tweaked the geometry of this bike, the “Repack” geo, to suit, what he feels, is many different types of riding and riders. If you’re looking for something a little different than the rest of your riding group, the Supercell might be exactly what you’re looking for. The bike also comes in two less expensive models, the Pro ($3149) and Expert ($2629).
