MAXXIS EXO+ – New casing for trail and enduro tyres

MAXXIS is aiming to increase the puncture protection of its EXO tyres with the new EXO+ casing. So, in future, there will be another alternative for aggressive trail riding and harsh enduro use.

MAXXIS has combined already existing technologies, SilkShield and EXO, to come up with their new EXO+ casing. The result promises to provide significantly better protection against pinch flats while the riding feel should be similar to that of an ordinary EXO tyre. A tyre with the additional puncture protection weighing on average only 80 g more.

A little more? EXO+ for more protection against pinch flats

On introducing the new EXO+ casing, MAXXIS will initially have three tyres to choose from. For about € 75 to € 85, the familiar Rekon, Minion DHF and Minion DHRII will be available with the additional puncture protection.
