SRAM has released a new direct mount chainring to compliment their XX1, X01 and X1 1400 cranks. This eliminates the need for the spider so it will save you 25-50g, plus they look trick! There will be a wide range of sizes available to fit everyone’s needs, 26T – 40T. They feature the familiar chain-gripping X-SYNC™ tooth profile and are machined from aluminum.
