New European Service Network for Reynolds Customers after Acquisition by Hayes


After the acquisition of Reynolds by Hayes Performance Systems, customers can now rely on a new service network in Europe. More information directly from the official press release:

Following the acquisition of Reynolds Cycling LLC by Hayes Performance Systems, Hayes bicycle group Europe and Reynolds Europe announce, starting in December 2018, Reynolds Europe is being integrated into Hayes European headquarters, located in Munich, Germany. The centralization of both locations create a strong service network and will ensure seamless customer support for all Reynolds customers. In addition to the integration, Hayes Performance Systems Europe is developing a robust distribution network for Reynolds carbon wheels throughout Europe. Services in Munich include sales, tech support, marketing and aftermarket product shipments for Reynolds carbon wheels and all Hayes Performance Systems’ brands (Manitou, SUNringlé, Hayes, ProTaper MTB, and Wheelsmith).
