The URGE 1001 ENDURO TOUR goes into the third round of the 2016 season. All the results and the race report directly from the organisers:

Urge-Enduro-Mondraker-#3-4

Two weeks after flat his rear tire on the way to the Beverally’s victory at Sospel, finally won by Julien Camellini, Nicolas Vouilloz was back on the Urge 1001 Enduro Tour’s stages on May 1st to get his revenge at the Enduro Mondraker of l’Escarène. But before get it on his home trails, he had to overcome the 4 stages shaped by Christian Tabart, and most of all to curb his 249 adversaries, including a decade of EWS riders. A world-cup-level and 8 nationalities for this 3rd round of the Maritime Alps’ enduro serie managed by 1001sentiers, that took place under sun and on awesome trails as spectacular as funny to ride, mixing forests and grey earth, hight speeds and tight switchbacks, classic trails and freeride lines in gullies… Amazing playground to ride and to host a huge race which have quickly been taken under control by Lapierre riders Nicolas Vouilloz and Rae Morrison, both taking scratch of all stages and overall win. The french brand also placing Adrien Dailly 2nd overall and Chloé Gallean 3rd girl. Podiums completed with Florian Nicolaï (Rocky Mountain Urge) 3rd man, and Julie Duvert (Liv Giant) 2nd girl. Big names to conclude a week-end 100% enduro at l’Escarène, which started on saturday with 80 young riders racing an enduro kid. Next generation in progress…
