According to Commencal the Meta Hip Hop is “THE” killer trail bike. With a low Bottom bracket (-10mm), slack head angle (66°), steep seat tube (73°) and 26″ wheels it shall provide 100% fun.

Why is this bike so special? It has only 120mm of rear travel for good pedaling efficiency and pop, aimed squarely at riders that appreciate having less travel. If you want to shred your local trails, jump around and rail everything, you may not need 160mm of travel. Taking care of business in the front we find a Fox 34 Float with 140mm of travel.

In order to provide good confidence on the trail the cockpit is set up with a 50mm stem and 780mm bars. Further more there’s the MRP 2X chain guide and a Kindshock LEV Integra dropper post with 125mm of travel.

In terms of tires the Hip-Hop is equipped with an Ardent 2.25 rear tire for fast rolling efficiency and a High roller 2.4 for extra bite in the front.
