Brit company Endura, based up in bonny Scotland, founded in Edinburgh in 1992, has been at the fore-front of UK trail riding kit for some time now. They offer a massive range of Enduro clothing, stuff that really is designed to be comfy for long days in the saddle, and they have been doing this way before the word Enduro ventured into the MTB world!

Sent to us and seen here are two of their top models of riding glasses, which I have been testing for a month or so, and I have to say I’m impressed.
Both the Masai (orange lense, silver frame) and the Shumba (dark frame) come with light reactive (photochromic) lenses that really do change with the light and UV conditions, to keep those sensitive little retinas feeling nice and secure. Both too are also supplied with nice hard cases and soft-wipe micro fibre pouch, plus they both come equipped with anti-fog lenses.

The Masia comes with soft rubber moulded nose piece, whereas the Shumba nose piece is adjustable for even the biggest conks like mine! The Masia comes in an option of three colours of frames, all with the orange lens and the Shumba comes in black frame or red and white frame, both with slightly tinted to clear lens. I personally prefer the the Shumba, as I’m not a fan of the coloured lens in summer, but maybe in the winter I would make the switch, both are comfy and are more than up to the job.

  • Masai £79.99
  • Shumba £74.99
