More than 40 experts from 10 countries joined this year’s event to test, analyze and judge the best and most innovative products of 2016 in Kronplatz/San Vigilio – Dolomites. Leatt has been pioneering neck braces for many years, so they understand mountain bike protection. It’s no surprise to see that their new DBX 5.0 Helmet is optimised for neck brace use and offers full hydration system compatibility. The in-moulded liner features 360o Turbine technology that absorbs low energy impacts, allowing movement of the outer shell in an impact. The DBX 5.0 also features a dual-density, volume-reducing, in-moulded EPS liner with V-shaped foam cones to reduce impact forces in an accident. The low-volume shell helps keep the weight down and reduces rotational forces in a crash, while the visor styling adds a unique look….
