First Look: GHOST presents the new RIOT LT
The GHOST AMR RIOT already got some stir this year because of its outstanding look and the patented RIOT link. The bike won the coveted Design and Innovation Award as well as several other awards. For next season GHOST now offers six models of the famous RIOT. Including three Bikes with 150mm travel in front, the GHOST RIOT LT.
Prices and models
Already this year we saw some GHOST team rider with 150 mm forks on their RIOTs. Also Guido Tschugg rode the RIOT with a longer fork and underlined the potential of the bike at some photo and video productions. GHOST has now extended the model range for the upcoming season in precisely this direction and offers three models with 130 mm of travel front and rear to three LT variants of the bike. LT stands for long Travel and refers to the extra travel (150mm) which the bike has received at the front.
All LT models come with the new Double Barrel Inline shock the starting price will be 3,999 for the RIOT LT 6 LC. The cheapest RIOT will be the RIOT 5 LC with 130 mm travel in front for a price of € 3,699. The price of the two top models RIOT 9 LC (130mm) and RIOT LT 10 LC (150mm) is 6,499€.
The geometry of the GHOST RIOT LT
Basically have all six RIOT models have the same frame. Due to the larger height of 150 mm fork the LT models, will have a flatter geometry by 1 °.
