Retro Bike Love, Myles Rockwell’s Yeti

How’s this for a heady dose of nostalgia. In a world where our chainrings are shrinking and our cassettes are growing ever larger, it’s easy to forget the days where all we wanted to do was go faster. e*thirteen Chain Guide

e*thirteen have reworked their entire TRSR, TRS+ and TRS chain device line, making them more compact and adding some neat new features. You can still open the top guide without tools to remove the chain, but thankfully gone is the annoying and fiddly metal clasp, now replaced with a very clever ‘snap closed’ integrated clamp. Leatt Clothing Hits The UK

Leatt is synonymous with neck protection, defining an entire segment, but they are expanding their range to provide some excellent garments too. We first saw the prototypes at Eurobike last year and were super impressed with the stylish design and clever engineering. The new DBX line offers a complete clothing range, our hot tip is the DBX 5.0 All Mountain jacket, which with a 20,000 / 20,000 rating and a beautifully fitted cut, deserves to be popular on the trails this year.
