iXS XACT full face helmet introduced: XULT on a budget
With this release iXS is launching its newest helmet development – the XACT. The XACT is based on the successfully introduced XULT cross over full face helmet. It features a slightly reduced spec. to address the consumer needs of price tag options. Therefore, the XACT is designed alongside the characteristics of the XULT but featuring a fully injected shock absorbent ABS shell.
The compact overall volume keeps weight and rotational force on the low side. The rail-based design and reinforced form increase structural integrity where additional strength is needed. A short style visor supports the visual field and reduces weight and leverage. It’s featured VORTEXTM molded aeration system provides consistent airflow and colling. An ergonomic padding system ensures comfort without inhabiting the airflow. The lining and padding is removable and washable. The EPRTM – emergency pad system allow for easy removability in the event on an emergency.
Additionally to its regular size options S-M, M-L & L-XL, the XACT comes with a youth option (XS) which fits the size range of 49-52cm.
THE iXS XACT
A cross over full face made of absorbent ABS shell material. It features a VORTEXTM molded aeration system that provides consistent airflow through the helmet and therefore crosses over towards the needs of enduro style riding and racing. The rail based design and reinforced form increases structural integrity where additional strength is needed. A “stubby” visor design allows for best possible visual field during competition or dirt jumpers performing tricks. It reduces the risk of injuries when falling. An ergonomic padding ensures a perfect fit while also using the EPRTM – emergency release pad system to allow for easy removability in the event of an emergency. The Xult helmet series meets the European EN1078 and American ASTM DH as well as C.P.S.C standards.
