It is especially the inner values that count – not only with sushi. Thus, ION decided to bring these inner values to outside: the all-new Ledge gloves feature an inside-out seam construction at the fingers. Called Maki_Seams this detail makes for most direct feel of the grips/bar and identify the Ledge as a great companion in gravity riding.

Moreover, these gloves score with a single piece palm layer to provide great fit without creasing especially when you clench the fist around the bar. This also results from a strongly pre-curved inner hand fit. Despite the fact that the Ledge is a true Downhill and Gravity companion, it offers good ventilation even with the Knuckle_Protection panels made of neoprene and rubber. You don’t want to miss that extra protection especially if you hit a tree. And when you find yourself ejected somewhere in the woods, no need for complaining: the Digital_Tip feature allows for control of your touch screen device to let your friends know that this run doesn‘t count – and you will definitely get in the lead on the next one!

And there is more to come: the Nose_Charmer micro fibre panel on the thumb gently takes care of your sweat and – excuse the harsh expression – snot.
Material wise, ION uses synthetic leather. It requires only a third of real leather‘s weight to achieve equal tear strength. And synthetic leather resists abrasion better than real leather and is easy to care for. A Silicone_Print on the fore- and middle finger grant for precise and safe brake lever control. At the wrist a Velcro strap allows for individual fitting and closes the glove at the back end.
