Jim Buchanan has been running these Joystick Analog Carbon 35 bars for a while now, along with a matching and beautifully machined 50mm Digger stem. The fantastic-looking oversized 35mm bars have served their time well over the past eight months, having done countless rides, many races, and well over 3000 kilometers of tough riding with many a small and the odd big crash included.

Die Joystick Komponenten mussten eine Menge über sich ergehen lassen.
The Joystick components had to suffer quite a bit.

Their fit to the open front of the Digger stem is spot on, with use of the clever fitting marks all around the stem for precise OCD equidistance. The Analog carbon is molded in custom molds with reinforcement added around the clamping points to make for a very solid feel to the bars with great vibration damping.

Die Komponenten hielten alle Stürze ohne Probleme aus.
They survived all crashes with barely any scratches.

The Analog carbon is molded in custom molds with reinforcement added around the clamping points to make for a very solid feel to the bars with great vibration damping. Jim loves the great look, solid feel, and comfort of this bar/stem combo. His only criticism is that the stem’s grip to the fork’s steerer tube isn’t as tight as on other stems, so the occasional crash has ended in twisted bars – yet when removing the stem from the steerer, it’s ‘unbolted’ grip is too tight to make for easy removal.

Sinnvolle Markierungen erleichtern die Montage.
The graphics on the bars make mounting an easy process.
