5,4,3,2,1 ….and GOOOOOOO ! This year, thanks to the tenacity of the mountain bike club SORCIVERDI, there will be an Enduro MARCHE REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP” decided at the Cesane ENDURO RACE. The event is scheduled for April 6th, 2014 starting from the restaurant AL LAGO – Via Cattedrale, 79 – Località San Lazzaro – Fossombrone (PU) – ITALY.
The race will be held over a single day, with athletes facing three stages, covering about 26 km with a height difference of 1250 meters, two stages are COMPLETELY NEW AND UNSEEN!! The terrain of the race is a wonderful mix of technical and flowing sections that will challenge every level of rider attending the race on the morning of April 6, 2014!
The first special stage is called WAVES , because of the ground undulates and you have to pump through it like a succession of sea waves. This is a great test of balance and control, and you will need to be in harmony to deal with the sudden changes of rhythm that occur along the way … testing flow technique and warming the muscles …..
The Second PS is called 137a, it is a derivation the old PS 137, it’s a very fast trail, you enter and exit from striking gullies and then get into dry walls and treacherous switchbacks… it’s like a beautiful girl, nice to look at but hard to win… !
Third PS is THE KING of the trails, it’s flowing, hard and challenging.. In a few words … SORCI FREERIDE!
