Bryan Regnier is originally from France, rides for American team YT Industries and when we caught up with him, he was racing in Scotland, riding a bike courtesy of YT. Talk about international! In a short but sweet interview with the EWS star, we questioned his bike, tattoo’s and why he loves enduro racing (apart from the fact he’s pretty darn good at it)

Bryan’s originally from the south of France, where obviously his riding style was shaped. “Around where I live the trails are super dusty, technical and also rocky. It’s not really great for shaping big jumps, but awesome for enduro riding. I get to move around a lot for work, so wherever I go I can change up my style a little. I literally have the best life ever and it’s the reason I ride enduro.” Well, we’re pretty jealous of him so far, so lets moisten the lips and check over this beautiful bike.

Bryan rides a YT Capra. Seemingly, it seems to suit him, with tattoo sleeves matching the camouflage of the bike.

Much like the majority of EWS racer's, Bryan trusts in the RockShox Pike, but runs it quite firm on all stages

Even the smallest touches don't get missed on this YT Capra. Awesome styling and according to Bryan, "Style first, results second!"

Overall, this bike is a serious bit of kit of which nothing is changed. Spec'd with some gnarly components, there's no need to upgrade anything!

Bryan notes that he runs a standard set up for most events, with the only thing he changes being the pressures in the tyres and shocks, but still running the shocks very firm.
