Germany company Acros is well known for high-quality bike components made in Germany. Until now, their focus was on bottom brackets, headset and pedals, but at the Bike Festival in Riva, they presented a new ultra-light carbon bar. The 780 mm wide bar was developed in cooperation with composite specialist Ahead Composites.

Acros’ new carbon riser impresses with a great quality and its noble look.

With only 190 g for the 780 mm wide bar, Acros’ new masterpiece takes it’s place alongside the lightest bars on the market. It’s uses 35 mm oversize clamping and is available with 15 mm and 25 mm rise. Both versions have 5 degree upsweep and 8 degree backsweep and are strong enough for gravity oriented use. For example the Focus Trail Team runs the new bars already.

In adition to the pictured colorways, Acros offer a black/black version with a glossy logo on a matte base – nice!

Starting next week, the new Acros Carbon bar is available for 149 € in their recently launched Webshop.
