EUROBIKE 2015 | BBB expand their trail riding lines

Netherland based cycling company BBB may be better known for their glasses and helmets, especially in the road sector. However they now have a range of products that are very interesting to the trail rider. We caught up with the busy brand to check out their new clothing line, glasses and clever dual pressure pump.
SUMMIT BSG-50 Glasses
These new SUMMIT glasses caught our attention, with their sharp styling and large range of colours. The glasses feature a “quick snap” system, where the bridge folds down allowing you to ‘snap in’ one of the additional lenses. The SUMMIT’s are supplied with either a mirrored or smoked lens (depending on colour choice) and an additional yellow and clear lens. The Grilamid frame is super tough and flexible and would not be snapped, despite our aggressive twisting and contorting. The lenses claim 100% UV protection with a full round shape for optimum protection against sunlight, dust and wind. All the frames are vented which combined with the anti-fog coating should ensure fog free performance. The glasses will retail for €99.95.

DBP-39 Dual pressure Pump
If you are a regular suspension tinkerer but want to cut down on the kit you carry onto the trail, you may be interested in this new DBP-39 Dual pressure Pump. The pump is designed for mountain biking and features a standard low pressure pump for pumping up flat tyres, however with the flick of a switch a high pressure circuit is engaged and the pump can pump up to 300 psi for topping up your shock. A bleed valve allows easy adjustment of pressures and the external hose makes hard to reach valves no problem. The pump is available for €45.

BBB Gravity Shirt and Element Short
The new loose fitting jersey is made of Activeplus quick drying material and features an integrated lens cleaning cloth, retailing for €49.95. The Element shorts feature stretch paneling for maximum freedom of movement, velcro waist adjusters and are made of a material that has a casual relaxed feel. The Element shorts cost €59.95 and are available in black, blue and green.
