With a growing range of enduro specific bikes, YT Industries has turned its attention to the Enduro World Series! Looking to make its mark on the EWS circus they have signed Bryan Regnier to represent their brand this season. The French man from Marseille used to ride for Cedric Gracia and his Racing Brigade, and is notorious for being able to party hard and have a hell of a good time, then just show up at the race and smash out a solid result. Finishing with a solid 27th overall at the recent EWS in Scotland, we caught up with Bryan to check out his YT Capra!
The Capras 65.5 degree head angle and 75 degree seat angle make it a formidable weapon on both the descents and the climbs!
Production Privee look after the cockpit with an LGB 780mm bar and R2H 50mm enduro stem.The Capra benefits from 165mm of travel from the Monarch + shock, perfect for the tougher EWS stages.Bryan is running Elixr brkaes and the X01 Drivetrain.Despite the security of X-Sync, Most racers are still not prepared to give up the top guide.Bryan is running the 11 speed X01 drivetrain,with a 10-42 cassette on the rear.The Mavic Crossmax Enduro wheel set was a popular choice with racers this weekend!Currently Capras are proving immensely popular. They have been very well reviewed and the current waiting list is 6 months for the UK.The Capra mixes a 2400 gram carbon monocoque frame with prize-winning V4L rear end kinematics. Bryan loved the way it rode!Bryan ran Maxxis Highroller 2 Tyres front and back for the Scottish EWS stages.
Bryan powered the Capra to 27th overall, with an impressive 6th overall in the opening stage!
