The full carbon Occam is available as four different build kits, with prices ranging from € 3,799 for the Occam M30 model to € 7,599 for the flagship Occam M-LTD. The carbon frame used for all four models weighs in at 2.3 kg without a shock. A hydroformed aluminium version with a high polish finish is also available, with a further four build kits with prices ranging from € 2,299 to € 3,299.
Occam OMR Carbon Models
Occam M30
The entry-level carbon Occam uses Orbea’s OMR frame and a FOX FLOAT DPS Performance shock, that is paired with a FOX 34 Performance fork up front. Shimano provide the drivetrain and brakes with a mix of their new SLX and XT 12-speed drivetrains, and MT501 hydraulic brakes. The bike rolls on a DT Swiss M-1900 Spline wheelset that is finished off with MAXXIS rubber. Finishing kit is courtesy of Orbea’s in-house component brand OC.
