Banana Bomb is a mountainbike video by Benedikt Ruf and myself, Pirmin Kuss. The intro captures cruisin’ a city on a BMX bike, something on two wheels that is super fun to me. To ride through full streets and getting different impressions. Our goal for the production was to shoot a video which shows how we see mountainbiking at the moment in a fresh and cool way. We wanted to do an edit with cool trail riding, raw filming, and Oldschool Hip-Hop. We’re tired of overloaded nature beauty shots and epicness of many MTB videos. For me, riding is self-realization, being creative on the bike is a big freedom. Having no rules, doing and riding what the f*ck you want!
