Light(ish), aggressive and totally gorgeous – the new Zerode Taniwha has a lot going for it. The new Pinion P1.12 gearbox-equipped bike packs 160 mm of aggressive travel, 12 speeds offering a huge 600% range (more than any 1x drivetrain), impressive ground clearance and weighs around 14 kg. Vital stats are a 65° head angle coupled with a reach and wheelbase of 445 mm or 1202 mm respectively (size L). We’ve taken a closer look at the bike a few weeks ago.We are still waiting for current pricing but there is now a bigger question: if the front derailleur is dead, is this the end of the rear too?
