Kenda Hellkat and Helldiver

Kenda Helldiver Pro Riva 810x540

Kenda brought their new DH-specific Hellkat and Helldiver tires down to Riva. The Hellkat promises to be a veritable all-rounder, while the Helldiver steps up as a semi-slick rear that’s purported to be a specialist on hard, dry ground. Both new tires appear to be relatively light, which could make them an interesting option for enduro riders. We’ve got a pair on test and will be shortly publishing our thoughts on how this combi is holding up!

SR SUNTOUR 29″ forks

Riva Bikefestival SR Suntour Auron 810x540

Given the burgeoning 29er scene, SR SUNTOUR are bang on the mark with another offering for these big wheels. Their Auron and Aion trail forks have been fundamentally revised and now come with black stanchions and integrated mudguard. The Durolux is a brand new 29er enduro fork with 170 mm of the good stuff and the R2C2 cartridge.

SUNringlé Düroc wheels

Sunrigle Dueroc 35 Riva 810x540

Hayes picked Riva as the launch for two new SUNringlé wheelsets: the Düroc 30 with 27 mm inner rim width and the Düroc 35 with a 32 mm width. The brand aimed to create ‘stable, not too heavy, and affordable,’ wheels, and it seems like they can definitely tick off the second two criterion. The Düroc 30 27.5 retails at € 610 and weights 1,790 g. The wheels come with Shimano and XD freehubs, rim bands, tubeless valves and sealant – so, what’s stopping you?
