Weapons of Choice – racers and their bikes at the EWS in Finale Ligure

Jared Graves – Specialized Stumpjumper FSR 29

Jared didn’t show up in Finale on a Specialized Enduro, but on a Stumpjumper FSR 29 instead. Because of problems on stage 1 and 2, he only came in at 50th. His second-fastest time on stage 5 and best time on stage 6, however, pay testament to his skills.
Since 2017, Specialized has been relying on suspension from Swedish company Öhlins for its race bikes. Three individually adjustable settings on the Öhlins TTX coil shock ensure optimum traction. You can find more information on Jared’s bike in our Pro-bike check.
With the saddle dropped and his weight shifted way back, Jared blasts down the trail
