ION – Evolution not Revolution!
The biggest novelty at the ION stand was the stand itself. In true surf-shop style, the brand with roots in water-sports presented their new products from two decommissioned shipping-containers. Even though a new product category was missing this year, the Munich-based company was busy reworking their entire portfolio. One highlight was the overhauled K_PACT ZIP kneepad, which will be much better ventilated in the new season, thanks to a special mesh-material on the back. Also, the TRAZE riding shorts have been improved and now feature a new type of stretch fabric. If you’re looking for all-around shorts, these are the ones. It goes without saying that all designs and colours match the other products of the collection… it would be odd if it wasn’t that way.
