Orange Stage 4 Factory

If the Orange Stage 5 and 6 are too burly for your home trails, then the 110 mm Orange Stage 4 offers a faster and lighter way into the single pivot family.

The original 120/110 mm Orange Segment reached cult status in the UK, wild enough to get you into trouble but confident enough to pull you back out. After the Stage 5 and 6 platforms successfully rekindled the Orange lineup this year, it’s no surprise to see the announcement of the shorter travel Stage 4. With 120/110 mm of travel from its single pivot suspension, it’s the bike for those who like the idea of a 29er Stage, but do not want to compromise on efficiency. The Factory model comes with a SRAM X01 Eagle 12 speed drivetrain, Hope components and the FOX 36 Factory Kashima Boost fork and FOX Float X2 shock.

Single pivot simplicity, those who have ridden the new Stage know that it works.

While the new Stage 4 Factory has taken styling inspiration from it’s bigger hitting sibling, the Stage 6, the geometry has not changed too far from the numbers that made the Segment so popular, just a little stretched with a 67.5° head angle, 74.5° seat angle, reach of 461 mm and 435 mm chainstays (size large). In keeping with its fast and aggressive intentions the bottom bracket is a ground skimming 327 mm, a whopping -45 mm drop. We look forward to throwing one down a trail.

Orange have switched to the new metric shock standard on the Stage 4.
