DMR SLED Custom

DMR EUROBIKE 2017 003 1140x760
Mean and moody, we would love to ride the DMR Custom with the EXT Storia rear shock.

We dropped news of the new DMR SLED earlier in the year, also bringing the exclusive first review. Now, for the first time, the bike has been seen outside of the UK, and we fell for this special £6500 custom build for the show. Rocking the black colour scheme, 160 mm X-Fusion Sweep RC Boost fork, EXT Storia Coilover shock, 12 Speed GX Eagle drivetrain, Reynolds Enduro carbon wheels and the mighty TRP G-Spec Quadiem brakes, there is little not to love. The aftermarket camo grips and frame protection are the icing on the cake. DMR will be selling the bike in the UK and Germany, the perfect machine for the hard-hitting enduro rider.

We like. It’s good to see camo making a return too.

The 160 mm SLED packs a serious punch with a 65.5 degree head angle, 462.3 mm reach (in large) 430 mm chainstays and a 74° seat angle. The sturdy Orbit Link rear suspension features a huge concentric link that encloses the bottom bracket, delivering huge grip and control on the trail. The standard model costs just £3499, with a SRAM GX Eagle, a 170 mm LYRIK fork and RockShox Monarch RT3 Debonair

The DMR SLED is a good machine for hard hitting enduro riders, fast and sturdy.

The TRP G-Spec Quadiem brakes have enough power to peel the skin from the earth.
