MET Roam

Since its launch a couple of years ago, the MET Roam has become very popular among enduro riders, and we too, use this stylish helmet on a regular basis. Whilst the four-point strap system is very intuitive and easy to use, the fit suits many head shapes. With the beefy look and proven MIPS system, the MET inspires confidence. The big visor is visually dominating and can be adjusted in three positions while riding. In true new-school fashion, the MET Roam is compatible with all sorts of goggles and even has a strap channel.

The workmanship is top-notch and even the underside is comprehensively covered. The large vent-holes and deep air-ducts ensure a relatively cool inner-climate, but on hot summer days the Roam gets quite stuffy. The MET Roam offers a solid overall package with no real weaknesses and cleverly combines all key features of modern enduro lids. At € 170 the price stands bang in the middle field – still perfectly reasonable considering the overall package.
